    1. Hi Sol. That is very kind of you to say that, thank you.
      I when I wrote the message, was trying to make a point of how valuable sound work is to me and how it has supported me emotionally – spiritually and psychologically. Trauma work is difficult process to navigate especially if one does not take good care of your – self. Many years ago, I had a spiritual awakeing within my art and this process guided me to a technique of intentional letting go through making a sound, it has been my guardian angel ever since. The course has helped me to have a framework thinking about sound – frequency and energy. The ancient practices highlighted to me about adding an intention, I was just doing this without a framework as it helped me. I hope this makes sense.
