I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease back in 2018 and since then have been dealing with my health issues ever since. I am now on biologics and am looking at taking a holistic approach at healing my body.

I have started the Holistic Nutrition course and I am loving it, i hope to learn as much as i can and eventually help others by using my own experience as an example.
